Snow, Snow, Go Away, Come Again Some Other Day

THE SNOW ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 12 PM CST WEDNESDAY.
SNOW WILL SPREAD INTO NORTHWEST ILLINOIS BY MID AFTERNOON....AND SPREAD ACROSS FAR NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST ILLINOIS BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED FROM EARLY THIS EVENING THROUGH MIDNIGHT. LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL BECOME MORE PREVALENT ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AFTER MIDNIGHT. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 5 INCHES IS POSSIBLE BY MIDDAY WEDNESDAY...WITH LOCALIZED 6 INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST ILLINOIS WHERE LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL PERSIST INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.

I hate snow. And now that I have a two hour commute every day I hate snow even more. Not so much with how the roads are going to be but how the idiots on the roads are going to be. People are going to drive one of two ways. A) WAAAYYY too slow, like they've never driven in snow before...like it's a blizzard or B) WAAAYYY to fast and they end up sliding and hitting someone or ending up in a ditch. Either way it's going to make my drive home tonight suck. At least C. said that if it starts getting bad to send everyone home early. Hey, maybe I'll be able to work from home tomorrow. That's one benefit.
